LB Home Tutoring
This privacy policy outlines the procedures that LB Home Tutoring has in place to protect your privacy. It sets out how your personal data is collected and used. LB Home Tutoring is committed to the protection of all personal and sensitive data for which it holds.
Client Data
I collect personal information about you and your child including, but not limited to, the following:
- Parent/Guardian name
- Parent/Guardian phone number
- Parent/Guardian email address
- Student’s name
- Student’s age
- Address
I will collect specific information about your child including year group, educational needs, levels, learning styles and hobbies and interests. This information will be collected via email and/or a phone conversation and will not be shared with anyone other than myself.
I use this data to determine your exact requirements and whether I can meet them. Children’s personal data will be used to plan bespoke lessons, suited to their needs. I also use your personal information to set up and administer tutoring invoices. Personal data will only be used to communicate with you about tutoring sessions.
Your personal information is deleted from my system once the tutoring agreement has been terminated, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Your personal data is not shared with any third parties unless it is part of a legal duty.
